If the Regional and Language Options on the computer are set to either Azeri (Latin) or Azeri (Cyrillic), en_CaseEvents_Cnt.pmf crashes ArcReader with the following error message: "ArcReader.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
