If the path to the portal changes for the Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS connection, web apps that are previously built from the same portal and Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS can no longer be imported.

Additional Information

It is expected that only apps from the same portal can be imported. For this case, the workaround is: in server/apps/ folder, change the portalUrl in config.json, then download for importing.

Workaround

Rebuild and redeploy the web apps.
