Bug
If the origin layer for the analysis has multiple features with the same address and Drive Time is used to measure the route when using the Connect Origins to Destinations tool in ArcGIS Online, the resulting analysis layer only includes results for the first feature with the address even though those features with the same address are otherwise distinct from it.

The development team has considered the issue or request and concluded it will not be addressed in the current release cycle. If this is still a concern, contact Esri Support Services.Workaround
If using a key field for analysis to connect the origin and destination layer (requires at least two destinations to show up) then the duplication and missing results does not occur.
