If the option 'Synchronize with Layer visibilities' within the Attribute Table widget of ArcGIS Web AppBuilder is enabled, the table does not show attachments if the layer is re-enabled from the layer list.

Workaround
- If feasible, disable the option Synchronize with layer visibilities while configuring the widget.
- If the option Synchronize with layer visibilities has to be kept enabled, refresh the web application after re-enabling the layer with attachments from the layer list.
