Bug
If the name of a .tif file includes a space when published to the ArcGIS Enterprise portal, the item does not display a thumbnail, and the detailed image properties are unable to be viewed. Additionally, the item is not displayed when opened in Map Viewer.

The behavior described in this issue is no longer reproducible as of ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2.Workaround
Remove spaces from the name of the imagery file prior to publishing.
