Bug

If the IRouteMeasurePointProperties2::AddAngleField set to TRUE when displaying route events, it causes ArcMap to hang up and crashes ArcMap if one tries to view the attribute table of the route event.

not true workaround but will prevent the ArcMap crash. not to set IRouteMeasurePointProperties2::AddAngleField property to TRUE.
