If the Esri World Batch Geocoder is listed as the primary geocoder in a portal, Explorer for ArcGIS is unable to return suggests due to an invalid token and eventually logging out while searching for an address.

Additional Information

This issue is fixed and addressed in the next version of Explorer for ArcGIS version 19.1.0.

Workaround

Change the order of locators used in the organization so the batch geocoder is not listed first.
