Bug

If the cell size is set in the Resample tool using a raster with projection A, and then the output spatial reference is set using a raster with projection B, the cell size reverts according to the input raster.

Additional Information

This is as design. The cell size defined in the tool is consistent to the spatial reference of the output raster. When first defined, the output spatial reference is the same as the input. The value 25 is based on that projection. If the output spatial reference is changed, the 25 will be re-calculated based on the new spatial reference.

Workaround

After setting the output coordinate system, reset the cell size in the parameters of the Resample tool.
