Bug
If "SYS.DUAL" is registered as a table with ArcSDE, when using ArcObjects (e.g. IQueryDef) or SDE API queries to select sequences owned by other users from "SYS.DUAL", an "ORA-02289: sequence does not exist" error is returned.
