Bug
If data is exported using the Export To CAD tool, and the default output path is changed to save the data to a different location, the .dgn extension is not added after the file name. If the data is exported without the extension, assuming that it will take the extension by default, the generated output file opens in MicroStation V8 but not at the correct location.

Additional Information
A microstation file is not bound to always have .DGN as the extension name. Microstation files can have any Extension name eg. (.FC1, .Seed, etc.)Steps to Reproduce
