Bug
If ArcMap 10.6.1 Background Geoprocessing is installed on Windows 7, and ArcGIS Pro is upgraded from 1.2 to 2.2, RuntimeLocalServer.exe crashes when trying to run any geoprocessing tool only when a Standard license is assigned.
