If ArcGIS Open Data header has a long site title and/ or an image, the Overview, Data, and API Explorer tabs become hidden or missing when a tabular dataset is opened.

Workaround

Remove the organization domain from the site URL (for example, <a href="http://opendata.arcgis.com/datasets/ess::malaysia_table" target="_blank">http://opendata.arcgis.com/datasets/ess::malaysia_table</a>), or shorten the site title if possible.
