Bug
If an external Web Map Service (WMS) server content with a coordinate reference system (CRS) other than EPSG:3857 is added to a web map in Portal for ArcGIS, GetMap requests will not honor the new coordinate system. Bounding box (BBOX) values will continue to use the EPSG: 3857 coordinate system.
