If an attempt is made to upload an image larger than 1MB in size when updating a user's profile picture in Portal for ArcGIS, the user's profile picture does not update. The picture is updated if the user uploads an image smaller than 1MB in size. If this is an expected behavior, there should be verbiage that indicates profile pictures must not exceed 1MB within the 'Edit Profile' settings, as well as an error message that displays when an image greater than 1MB is trying to be uploaded to a Profile in Portal for ArcGIS.
