If an ArcGIS Online account is created using the Google social login option and the last name of the Google account contains more than 40 characters, the Esri Training is not accessible even if the MyEsri access is enabled.

Workaround

There is no workaround. The last name cannot be changed once the account is created with ArcGIS Online.
