If an administrator set to a subscription's administrative contact has an email with a Unicode character 'í', the password reset emails cannot be sent to users or administrators.

This is not a commonplace scenario. The best practice is to not use Unicode characters.

Workaround

Set the emails of all administrative contacts on the subscription to not include the Unicode character 'í'.
