Bug
If a web map in Collector for ArcGIS (Android) contains both editable feature layers and feature layers with only Sync-and-Query capabilities enabled (reference layers), updating and syncing the data returns the error message, "Unauthorized access to a secure service" for the reference layers. Edits still go through for editable feature layers.

Collector for ArcGIS (Classic) is retired and no longer being updated.Workaround
Publish the service with full editing capabilities and disable editing at the web map level in Portal for ArcGIS. Turn off the 'Push Only' setting.Steps to Reproduce
