If a variable format in Fusion Report Designer for Esri Business Analyst Desktop is set to either Percent or Dollar, the option cannot be turned off by de-selecting the option.

Workaround
- Turns off the Percent format by clicking the $ sign twice after the % sign is selected.
- Turns off the Dollar format by clicking the % sign once after the $ sign is selected.
