If a table fails to load in ArcGIS Online, the Editor pane fails to load for layers in the web map.

This issue has been addressed. The fix is to be available in the next release of ArcGIS Online later this fall.Workaround
- Remove the deleted table from the map.
- Save and refresh the map. The Editor pane works as expected.
