If a search cursor is composed of selected records from a Route Event Layer, only the last value in the search cursor is returned instead of all the values.

Workaround

At 10.1, the arcpy.da.SearchCursor() can be used instead. For earlier versions, export the Route Event Layer Values to their own feature class.
