If a map in a Basic Viewer web application has a WGS 84 projection and a basemap of a different projection is chosen, the basemap does not appear.

Workaround

Do not change between basemaps with different projections. Instead, make a basemap group with a single projection. This can be changed in the administrator panel or the URL of the basemap (add to the URL: &basemapgroupowner=<OWNER_NAME>&basemapgrouptitle=<BASEMAP_TITLE>).
