If a layer uses the ISOYear() Arcade function for symbology, the layer does not display when published to ArcGIS Enterprise.

The function used is not supported in Portal for ArcGIS 10.8.1. From this documentation; https://developers.arcgis.com/arcade/guide/version-matrix/ IsoYear was introduced in ArcGIS Arcade 1.12 and ArcGIS Enterprise10.9.Workaround
Use a Text function to filter the dates. For example, 'Text(Sale_DateD, 'Y')'.
