Bug
If a hosted tile layer is shared publicly and added to an Open Data site, it is recognized as a feature service which causes a failure in drawing the layer on the map and has the download option which results in an API error.

Thank you for the submission. A fix was released along with an updated search view in January 2024. The example public and private items provided by support are map service items, which ArcGIS Online changes and labels as 'Tile layer (hosted)'. These items now display as a Map Service type on both the search view (search route and under the Apps & Maps collection) and their respective content views.Steps to Reproduce
