If a field type and data in a field do not match, publishing a CSV file to a feature service in ArcGIS Online fails to create all of the features.

Workaround

Ensure all fields in the .csv table have the appropriate field type specified when the CSV file is published. If the fields do not have the appropriate field type specified, correct and change the fields as needed.
