If a feature class shares the same name with a dataset, and they both participate in a replica, then edits made to that feature class will not be exported from the replica during synchronization.

Workaround

1. Unregister the existing replica.2. Rename either the feature class or the dataset to be unique names.3. Recreate the replica.
