If a column in an XLSX or XLS file contains data of the form #-#-## and is set as a string field during an import, this produces an empty data table in ArcGIS Online.

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Online. If the issue occurs, contact Esri Support Services, as additional information is required for further investigation.Workaround
- If the field type is not changed from Date to String, the data is shown in the table.
- Saving the file to CSV UTF-8 resolves this issue, as the field then defaults to String.
