If a backup location for objectStore is already set, installing via PowerShell DSC returns the error "Backup location '...' already exists."

Workaround

Use the ArcGIS Data Store configurebackuplocation utility (configurebackuplocation --store object --operation change --location "") first to remove the registration of the backup location and delete the contents of the directory stored there.
