If 3D symbols are used for point data in ArcMap, one of the dataframes do not appear in print preview or when exported.

Additional Information
Both data frames have the same extent. Change the extent of the data frame with the picture marker to not cover the other frame.Workaround
1. Use the 2D symbol for the points or drag one of the dataframes so that they do not overlap completely. 2. Use a solid background color instead of using the rectangular gradient as the background color.Steps to Reproduce
