Workaround

Workaround provided by customer. Not verified by ESRI. 1.Created PARCEL_CHARACTERISTICS feature class from view the Parcel - Parcel attribute by Export in ArcCatalog2. Exported PARCEL_CHARACTERISTICS to shapefile.3. Ran Check geometry on shapefile.4. Imported back into PARCEL_CHARACTERISTICS2
