ArcGIS for Power BI now makes use of Power BI's native tooltip ecosystem. Because of this, certain functionality is limited, removed, or enhanced depending on the workflow. In this case, hyperlinks can be created in a separate table. The filtered results can be hyperlinked and interacted with.
