Hyperlink at folder level does not work when a period/full stop (.) exists in the name of the folder unless it is identified as a file extension

Workaround

If the path for a folder with a full stop in the name is to be used, file:/// must be used at the starting of the path followed by # in the name of the path. E.g. File:///D:\Folder\Bug\#Folsder.name.
