Workaround

- Replace the URL with 'https://<SERVERNAME>/arcgis/tokens/gettoken.html' and create a token.- Create the token manually from 'https://<SERVERNAME>/arcgis/tokens?request=gettoken&username=<USERNAME>&password=<PASSWORD>@esri&client_id=<URL_OF_APPLICATION_TO_CONSUME_SECURED_SERVICE>&expiration=<# OF MINUTES TILL EXPIRATION>'.
