This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.3.Workaround
- Ensure the English and Russian OS languages are installed on the machine.
- Perform a clean uninstall of ArcGIS Pro 3.2.2.
- Install ArcGIS Pro 3.2.
- Install ArcGIS Pro 3.2.2 (using the patch).
- Install the Russian language pack.
- Set the language preferences of ArcGIS Pro to Russian for the display language and 'Online help system language', and English (United States) for the proofing language.
