This issue is not reproducible on Collector Classic (iOS) 19.0.2 and Collector for ArcGIS (iOS) 19.0.1.Workaround
Generate client-side tiles for hosted tile layers using ArcGIS Pro or ArcMap. Publish the tile packages to ArcGIS Online.Steps to Reproduce
