Hosted scene services are not removed from the standby tile cache data store when deleting from Portal for ArcGIS.

Workaround
- Stop the ArcGIS Data Store Windows service on the primary and standby data store.
- Navigate to C:\arcgisdatastore\nosqldata\lib\couchdb on the standby tile cache data store machine.
- Delete the couch file associated with the hosted scene service that was deleted from the Portal for ArcGIS content page.
