Hosted feature services and web applications created in Portal for ArcGIS 11.1 intermittently fail to load or display content after upgrading to Portal for ArcGIS 11.5, with the browser console showing “403 Forbidden” errors and “SyntaxError: The requested module './p-e3e7b132.js' does not provide an export named 'S'”

This issue is non-reproducible.Workaround
Rebuilding the affected web applications from scratch in Portal for ArcGIS 11.5 resolves the issue.
