Additional Information
The use of dynamic fields is not supported in the Page Header for this reason. The Page Header is generated before the data has been gathered for the report. This is why the Fields button on the Insert ribbon is grayed out.Workaround
Create a group instead, and have it repeat on every page so the data can be successfully captured and displayed in the desired manner.
