Having two basemaps in a web map (dynamic and cached), credits of the cached basemap are missing from the Map Viewer when the web map is refreshed.

Unable to reproduce this issue in the Map Viewer in current supported versions of ArcGIS Enterprise. If this issue is still occurring in the Map Viewer in supported versions of ArcGIS Enterprise, please kindly submit a new defect with detailed steps to reproduce with sample basemap layers used.
