Having any widget at the fifth or later position with Default Visibility enabled does not allow the Sidebar Controller widget from Tab Theme to collapse.

Workaround
Perform any of the following workarounds to resolve the issue:- Disable Default Visibility for the last widget in Edit mode and re-launch the application. Clicking the Sidebar Controller Toggle button responds on and off as required.
- Works for all widgets below the fifth with Default Visibility enabled.
