Have a Desktop Help article on how to turn Geographic Coordinate Systems Warning back on. When checking on the 'Don't warn me again ever' box in the warning, there is no way to turn it back on in ArcMap. It has to be re-enabled by going to ArcMap Advanced Settings Utility. However, this tool is not very well known.
