Grouped filters in ArcGIS Experience Builder do not have the ‘List values based on’ option to filter values based on previous expressions or all expressions.

This issue is as designed. For Group SQL Expression Builder, the unique values are not affected by other clauses, since each Group SQL Expression Builder is counted as one clause. Thus, the ‘List values based on’ settings are not useful and they are removed in the ArcGIS Online February 2024 release.Steps to Reproduce
