Additional Information
The elements are maintaining their proximal relationship while resizing, remaining next to each other. It looks incorrect because the scale bar border draws around the graphics of the scale bar, not the bounding box. The scale bar height is controlled by the bar width, tick height, and text size. Scale bar height and text size do not resize automatically, even outside of a group, resulting in the mismatched borders. In this case, a group border or individual rectangles acting as borders gives the desired result.Workaround
Instead of using the element borders, use a group border or individual rectangles acting as borders and then resize the group.Steps to Reproduce
