Group Layer properties are not automatically refreshing the MXD after Applying Layer change and then clicking Cancel, thus causing MXD to not register change.

080411 JNL- could not repro @ 10.1 beta1. softwares behaves properly.

Workaround

Use the Ok button instead of Cancel.
