Group labels with more than 70 characters (with spaces) fail to format within the extent of the survey when accessed using Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge.

Workaround
- Access the survey in Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
- If possible, publish the survey from Survey123 Connect 3.0.
- Modify the survey URL as follows: https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/<ItemIDstring>?version=3.0.
