Graphics created with CIMSymbols using DictionaryRenderer are not displayed at certain levels of detail while zooming out in an ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript app.

Additional Information

When zooming out, the feature geometries are quantized for better performance. When the symbol does not have enough control points due to this quantization, it no longer displays (by design). Previously, this also caused all other symbols not to display as well, which is now fixed.
