Additional Information

Legacy IN_MEMORY format does not support GlobalID during Merge and export operations. Change to use the new ArcGIS Pro MEMORY format for this operation to succeed: ['{029EB7D4-0DFB-4775-9D6B-2543105AB75E}', '{B251F8C0-2CDE-43EE-B0EF-E66E3537F3D1}', '{75F7E33D-0392-41B7-9737-BEA4C5977E24}', '{131DC417-1756-477B-8050-95311D169C01}']

Workaround

  1. Run the script through Python console in ArcGIS Pro 2.3.2.
  2. Save the output of the arcpy.Merge_management tool to a drive location instead of an 'in_memory' location.
