Description
When printing a chart or graph in ArcMap, the following error may occur:"Graphics Server: GSW32.exe Application Error".
Cause
'Microsoft Office Document Image Writer' is set as the default printer.Workaround
The 'Microsoft Office Document Image Writer' is a virtual printer. Follow the instructions below to change the default printer.- Go to Start > Settings > Printers.
- Right-click to select a printer other than the 'Microsoft Office Document Image Writer' in the list.
- Select 'Set as Default Printer'. Close dialog box.
