Workaround

The WilsonSymbology.gdb from the PS_Atlas class will be needed. 1)  Use the Drop Visual Specifications GP tool.  Point to the WilsonSymbology.gdb as the VST location.  2)  Use the Calculate Visual Specifications GP tool.  Use the same values.
