Workaround
Do not string the output raster from IDW into Extract Values to Table. Instead, save the output raster to disk, then right-click EVtT and Make Variable -> From Parameter -> Input raster(s). Type the path where the raster will be saved on disk. Then make the output raster a precondition for EVtT.Steps to Reproduce
