Create network rule/firewall exception for to allow ArcGIS Server to access <a href="http://ec2-50-16-205-75.compute-1.amazonaws.com:80" target="_blank">http://ec2-50-16-205-75.compute-1.amazonaws.com:80</a> directly. ==OR==• Log onto the machine with the account Server is going to run under• Open ArcMap/Catalog, ensure they set the proxy settings for it to use. Or run the ArcGISConnectionTest.exe and enter the proxy info there.• Change server to run under an account that account (which has access to the proxyserver and was set via the post install)• Re-start Server• Confirm the following keys appear to exist in the registry:o Current User\Software\ESRI\Server10.0\CoreRunTime\Internet Settings\ <user / passwords>o Current User\Software\ESRI\Desktop10.0\CoreRunTime\Internet Settings\ <user / passwords>
